Alicia Carla Longstreet is a small town girl, raised in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. She was awarded a bachelor of arts in psychology in 1981 and a bachelor of science in business administration/accounting in 1982. Over the next 25 years, she worked as a freelance accountant, applications programmer, and web designer.
Alicia has been married twice, the first ended in divorce and the second when her husband died in 2012. In 2009 she decided to learn more about religion and attended the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia. She received a Master of Arts in Religion, specializing in integrative theology, in 2011, and a Master of Sacred Theology, specializing in the Old Testament, in 2014. Her primary goal in life is to be educated. During the COVID lockdown, with little else to do, she began writing. With this background Alicia naturally turned to science fiction.
